CIPD assignment help from FIZ Business Solutions (FIZBS) supports learners working towards Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualifications, from the Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice to the Level 5 Associate Diploma and the Level 7 Advanced Diploma. Human resource management sits within our core business focus, and we have supported students since 2015.
CIPD assessments are different from typical university essays. Each task is mapped to numbered assessment criteria, and assessors check that every criterion has been met with enough depth, evidence and application to an organisation. Missing one criterion can mean a referral, even when the rest of the work is strong. Our experts help you read the brief the way an assessor does and plan an answer that covers everything.
Support starts from £20 per 1,000 words, and you can see your exact price in seconds with the instant calculator on our homepage.

How CIPD assignments are assessed
Most CIPD units are assessed through a written assignment set by your centre. The brief is broken into tasks, and each task links to one or more assessment criteria, usually labelled AC 1.1, AC 1.2 and so on. To pass the unit, your work needs to meet every criterion.
Briefs often ask you to apply theory to your own organisation or to a case study organisation provided by the centre. Some tasks call for a report, others for a briefing paper, a presentation with notes, a reflective log or a set of shorter answers. Word guidance is set by your centre, and assessors notice when one section is thin because another has run long.
- Command words matter: "explain", "analyse", "evaluate" and "assess" each ask for a different level of depth
- Each assessment criterion needs its own clear, signposted answer
- Points should be supported with theory, research and real organisational examples
- References should follow the style your centre asks for, which is usually Harvard
- Reflective tasks need honest, specific examples rather than general statements
What changes between Level 3, Level 5 and Level 7
At Level 3, assessors look for a clear understanding of core people practice: explaining HR processes, describing how culture and change affect organisations, and showing that you understand how data supports decisions.
Level 5 is broadly comparable to the second year of a bachelor's degree. You are expected to analyse rather than describe, compare approaches, use evidence from research and data, and make recommendations that suit the organisation's context. Units such as 5CO02 also test practical skills, such as interpreting data and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Level 7 sits at Master's level. Assessors expect critical evaluation of theory and evidence, a strategic view of people management, and recommendations justified with costs, risks and links to organisational performance. The 7CO04 business research unit asks you to design and carry out a research project, which is often the biggest single piece of work in the qualification.
How our experts help with CIPD assignments
You can ask for help with a whole unit or only the task you are finding difficult. Typical areas of support include:
- Unpacking the brief: a clear plan showing what each task and assessment criterion needs, so nothing is missed
- Theory and models: guidance on relevant frameworks, such as the CIPD Profession Map, the psychological contract, Ulrich's HR model, the AMO model of performance and Herzberg's two-factor theory
- Using your organisation: help applying ideas to your own workplace, with sensitive details kept anonymous
- Evidence-based practice: support with finding research, interpreting HR data and presenting findings clearly
- Reflective writing and development plans: structure using recognised models such as Kolb's learning cycle or Gibbs' Reflective Cycle
- Final checks: proofreading from £12 per 1,000 words and Harvard referencing support
Support after a referral
If your assessor has referred one or more criteria, the feedback usually points to what was missing. Share the feedback and your submitted work with us, and an expert will explain what the assessor is asking for and how to strengthen the referred sections before you resubmit.
Our draft review service is a good fit here: you keep your own work and receive clear, practical comments on where it falls short of each criterion and how to close the gap.
CIPD research projects at Level 7
The 7CO04 unit asks you to investigate a real people management issue, review the literature, choose a research approach, collect and analyse data, and make recommendations. Many learners find the methodology and analysis sections the hardest, especially if they have not done formal research before.
Our research specialists can guide you on choosing a focused topic, writing a critical literature review, deciding between interviews, surveys or secondary data, and analysing your findings with tools such as Excel, SPSS or NVivo. Your price depends on word count and deadline, and you can check it on the instant calculator.
